Where did the special offers option go?

Hi, 

I have seen that we got a new dashboard...............again.

Not the special offer button seems to have disapeared.

Does anyone know where to find it?

I found what they changed:

You now I first have to cancel or accept, before you can send the special offer.

Verry annoying!!

Sometimes a guests books a certain room/appartment that is not 100% suitable, taken, or too big (I can get better earnings from that apartment if I rent it too a larger group)  and I want to offer them one of my other rooms without have to cancel or accept.
