Where do you sign the Community Commitment?

I've logged in a few times since November 1 and I can not find where to sign the community commitment.  is there a link?

 it depends on whether you are first time or  existing user.

"The Terms are effective immediately for first time users on or after October 27, 2016."

"it will go into effect for all existing users on December 7, 2016. When you use our site on or after that day, we’ll ask you to agree to the new Terms."

I will be traveling to our first Air B&B experience on December 9th, as well as moving from one continent to another. I would prefer signing the commitment now while my life is partially sane. Is there a way that I don't have to be concerned with this in December, but could sign it now? Thanks--K.

I've hosted for two years, and have not seen any prompt or link that enables me to sign the Community Commitment. Want to, but just can't find it. Will it just go into effect on Dec. 7 without a prompt to sign? I want to.
