Working hard toward Superhost! Explain these stats?

Hi everyone! We've been on AirBnB for just over a year now and working very hard toward Superhost status. To me it looks like I should have that according to these stats. What am I missing? http://www.8francisave.com/?p=119

@Melody-And-Peter0, I can't see what is holding you back, either!  Odd.  I've listed your place as a favorite, by the way!  Sorry I didn't answer your question, but at least you're not imagining it.... Susie in Boston

That doesn't make sense at all. I would contact them via twitter and ask them to clarify.

You canceled Joanne's booking , I can not see when it was but if it was in last 12 months then  this is a reason you can not be superhost yet.

This is automated review on your profile:

The host canceled this reservation 83 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

(Downtown Great Barrington, Two Beds, Charming Art)

No, I believe that was a year ago. We only canceled one reservation since we started a year and a half ago. We should be out of the wodds on that one.

So, I spoke with Airbnb and it seems I just missed the window (by a few days) on the evaluation period. Better luck next time!

Gosh, that's annoying. I've never understood the "assessment window" thing anyway. What are they assessing? Why do they need a certain window of time for this assessment? The stats are always available so shouldn't it just be automatic- either you meet the requirements or not? Are they actually looking at each account individually?

Lyndsey, I really do not think they look at each account and honestly, I still dont quite understand. But, I'll just keep plugging along. When we first started a year and a half ago, we hired a gal to help manage the property. Long story short, she was a heroine addict who relpapsed and created one heck of a mess with our guests! We are still paying the price for that I think. Sad. Anyhoo, it's nice to touch base with other hosts here!
