Hi all. I just had my first guests leave yesterday and want to write a review for them. However, when I go into the 'Review' section (which only shows reviews I've received as a guest) there doesn't seem to be anywhere to write a review for my guests. Do they have to write the first review before I write mine? This is really frustrating. I hope someone can help me.
Many thanks
Vicki
You will shortly receive an email from Airbnb which will give you the link for the review. It normally is sent out a couple of days after the departure of your guests.
Sometimes I get a prompt to write a review very early in the day, on the day of the guest's departure and other times it takes a day or two to receive the email/dashboard prompt. If you don't get the email after a couple of days, I would give airbnb a call and ask.
This was the first time I hosted. I'm a complete dummy newbie who can't find anything and has trouble logging in past messages to allow airbnb to see my emails. I check "allow". Then I get "edit profile" that I can't get past. It's getting frustrating!!! Why do I keep getting this? Also, I can't seem to find a phone number for airbnb to ask them? How do I find that?
My guests just left yesterday and I did receive a email saying they wrote a review, but that I have to write mine first to see his?
Is that correct? I've read other reviews that respond directly back to the review they received. That makes more sense.
Thank you for your help! 🙂 I appreciate it very much!
