Xero Accounting and Airbnb

Hey guys, 

After a long time trying to find something that would bring all my transactions for 50+ properties into xero, we kinda gave up on the search. We then teamed up with a developer and built it.

Unfortunately bnbsync doesn't actually connect to Airbnb's API and you have to manually download CSVs from the website to literally make it work... this doesn't seem to be a complete automation.

Bnbtally connects directly with Airbnb & Xero, it is completely automated and processes all of my reservations in Airbnb both retroactively and ongoing. There's no tedious uploading of CSVs, everything is automatic. I've been using it for several months now and it works perfectly. Everything is synced with Xero precisely and I've never had an issue. They've also been fully vetted and listed in the Xero App Marketplace with great reviews.

Hey, I'm not a great connoisseur of the payments and investments mechanism, but from my experience I understood a few things. The first is that any transaction must be transparent. The second conclusion is that if you do not have a professional accountant in your company and you do not know how to arrange a transaction or investment, you should contact a specialist or an online platform that will oversee the entire process.
