hi Airbnb customer service 

 

i got one question ..i still dis not getmy payout untill today,my guest check in from january 7-11 2019 ,usually i get my payout sending from airbnb to my paypal account on 8 january one day after but now it already couple days 

can you help me..?await your kindly response,thank you

I'm having the same problem with my last reservation. My guest check out yesterday and I usually get my payment one day after the check in. The reservation started in january 6 and the money was supposed to be ready to pick up 2 days ago. I don't know what to do either.

@Udi5, this is the host community forum, not Airbnb customer service. You will need to contact customer service about this. Sometimes payments can be slightly delayed so maybe just wait a couple of days and if you still haven't received payment, get in touch with them.

Same here, last payout since 16th December not sent ,they claim my bank account that i have been using for a year suddenly has a problem. I knew from my guests that several hosts in Austria and Germany asked them to cancel online and pay cash because airbnb didnt pay them many delayed payouts ! Really well done airbnb .

I have the same problem, so far airbnb have said there is a problem with paypal (which I do't use), there is a technical glitch or no one knows.  Am getting fairly worried.  Have spoken to them a couple of times and apparently their technical people are working on it.  Anyone got any updates.

Hey  Guys, I have been calling airbnb coustomer support just about everday since December 20th. I have 25 listings on Airbnb right now and I haven't recieved a pay out since December 17th. They are currently holding almost $30,000 worth of my pay-outs from me. This is a hug problem and according to my current airbnb case manager they have no idea why its not working. Aparently their is some technical error that is effecting all of our sites. The only relevent infomation they have given me at this point is serveral apologies.
