booking has been accepted by host ,but no confirmation from Air bnb

I have been on Airbnb since 2016 still finding my way around , no one to talk to directly makes it quite difficult at times. My main problem is I have a client that has booked a room I accepted and no confirmation email was forthcoming from Airbnb. I have contacted the guest and he assures me , the money was taken from his account . I really do need this resolved , so could someone please direct me in this?

First thing to do is look at your calender - are the dates blocked out with  a green line and a photo of the guest? If so, this means it is a confirmed booking - if not, then no booking has been made.

 

Second go to Your Reservations: Can you see the booking with Accepted in Green in the Status column. If so, it's a confirmed booking.

 

If both of the above are true then you may find the email from AirBnB in your Junk folder.

 

If neither are true then your guest has not booked and you should tell them to contact AirBnB as you do not have a confirmed booking for them.
