Accepting a previously cancelled reservation request

Hello, I hope someone can help.  I am having trouble offering a booking to someone.

 

Originally, they submitted a request and it looked fine except that I noticed the price was set too low.

I told them, and they said they are happy to pay the correct rate.   

I blocked then unblocked the dates with the correct price.   

But for some reason they could not book.   

 

So I cancelled their reservation and asked them to submit a new one.   But they weren't allowed to.   

 

I have tried to send them a special offer, but although the calendar clearly states the dates are available, the special offer section says the dates are unavailable.   

 

It is very frustrating!   He has been waiting patiently, but I think it won't be long until he gives up and books somewhere else.  

 

Can anyone help?

Hello again, it turns out that the problem was with the dates on my calendar.    I had been editing dates via the Airbnb app.    When I contacted Airbnb help they told me there are some issues with the app, and that I should try using a desktop interface.  

 

Since posting my enquiry I discovered that one of the dates had been incorrectly set as Unavailable, and this caused my issue today.    

 

So, please ignore my request for help.   

 

But thanks in advance to anyone who had thought of replying.
