Payment from guest

Our guest stayed for 5 nights but the "payout" has been for 1 night. We have messaged this guest for the remaining 4 night payment. Should we have not been notified by Airbnb that she did not pay up front at the time of her booking? Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi - guests pay for the entire stay up front at the time of booking. Payment iis then released to you approximately 24 hours after they check in. If you thiink the amount is incorrect you need to contact AIrBnB as the guest will have paid what they requested.

 

Did you make any changes to the booking - for example did your guest book for 1 night and then change it to 5 nights?
