Ihave just set up a page with 3 bedrooms all sleeeping 2 guests and are private  if 2 people book on my calender do the other 2 rooms still show as available ??

As soon there is a reservation, the calender will be blocked for those reserved dates, even when it's only for 1 guest.

You have to create 3 listings, for each room 1 listing. Then each listing has it's own calender and can be booked separetely.

If you also want to offer all three rooms together for a larger party, you can keep the current listing for that purpose, but keep an eye on sychronizing the calenders.
