cancelation policy

What are the cancelations policy and where do i go in my profile to update mine? guests just canceled. do i still get part of the money ? Not sure how it works.

Here is the link, as far as I know only Flexible, Moderate and Strict are the only 3 options available right now. It can be set in your listing.
