cancellation

Hi,

 

I have a guest that has a reservation for the end of May 2016, they want to cancel their reservation, I have no issue with this and do not want any money. If they cancel do they have a penalty?

Hi @Luce2,

 

Make sure they cancel and since it is for the end of May and your cancellation policy is set to "moderate", they will not be penalized except that they will be charged the Airbnb booking fee which is not refundable.
