Hi
I have a guest who just booked my unit, but unfortunately he said he will cancel it due to the change of date of his father's arrival. I suggested to him to cancel it himself, without realising my account is in strict cancellation. So the guest ended up having only 50% percent refund. I feel sorry for the guest since he said he will book our unit once he get the final dates for his father's arrival, how can I help my guests to have a full refund?
