cannot find my listing

People I know who have tried to find my listing cannot find it or they find it very far down the available listings in my area. I know that my prices are competitive and my listing has good reviews ( 4.5 stars average ).Even I ,when I looked, found my listing very far down the list.

Any suggestions?

Airbnb puts new hosts at the top of the list so they can get some business right away.  After that, where you show up on the list will depend on reviews, number of guests hosted, super host status, etc. I've seen very experienced host's listings with good reviews far back in the listing order.  If you want to direct people directly to your listing, give them the link.  (airbnb.com/rooms/XXXXXXX).  I make business cards with the link to my space so people don't have to wade through everyone else's listings to find me.  Hope this helps!
