cleaning fee listed but not added

I have added a cleaning fee to my listing but I am not recieving the payment for it. Please can someone explain to me why this is?

Hi @Mary64,

I think you are probably getting paid the cleaning fee but sometimes it is rolled into your nightly rate when it shows you your payout.  Since you cleaning fee is only 10 Euro, it would be easy to miss it if it was rolled into your nightly price.
