Why would a boooking calculate the service fee at 18%, and how dod we talk to someone at airbnb.

Happened to me earlier this week because VAT was added both to the night rate and the Service fee (therefore inflating both). When I accepted the reservation, it came down to the usual 3%.

Are you trying to charge 276 AUD for that night or is this figure higher than the one you set?
