deleting declined booking

Greets peeps,

 

This is how it is... the Guest misunderstood her plans for a 3-day stay and reserved four-days. Since those days were books, I declined her inquiry. Now the Guest revised her plan and the time frame is acceptable with vacancy on those days. However, Airbnb did not expire the decline and the Guest is unable to book as a result. I've looked over the system and I'm unable to find a sequence to release the decline to allow the Guest to book her 3-day stay. Any suggestions?

Can you try and go to the messaging from the guest and make a special offer with the dates she wants?

Like Dave&Deb explained, try the Special Offer route. That should bypass and temporary blocks AirBnB has in place.
