Hi @Vickie3,

I am not sure what to do with this guest but did he book for one or two?  In your rules, you state, "No extra guests".  If he is an extra guest, you should not have let him in the door.  I know if may seem silly, but looking at your house rules, you might want to be more specific.  There are several hosts who put in their rules, "No eating in the bedroom".

HE BOOKED only one, but he did mention if it was ok for w quest to visit, which i said was ok, i hqve a problem with the guest friend just walking in my home without knocking, i dont have a problem with eating in the bedroom, but i have a big problem with them using my pillows and comforter as a table,..

Vickie,

There may not be a whole lot you can do about the guest now that they are occupying the space. As for the guest's guest, you could require a payment of say $20 per day per invitee through the Abnb resolution center. Let your guest know that they are being charged extra for having an invitee that is not listed on the reservation.

As for the next time; I put in my House Rules that invitees must be approved by me, in writing, prior to there visit. And I charge $10 per day per invitee.
