I have a confirmed reservation where the guest informed me that they must cancel for health reasons. I'm fine with them cancelling, but I don't know the process they must follow. I tried searching the forum but did not see an appropriate thread. I tried canceling as the host, but Airbnb listed all the bad things that would happen to me as a host if I did the cancelation from my end as the host, so I did not proceed further with that approach.
Summary: What must a guest do to cancel an upcoming reservation?
