guest is booking for 2nd time but cannot get through

I have a guest coming back for 2nd time and is already very upset with airbnb as the website keepson denying his booking despite his submission of all verifications.They still keep on asking for id verification.

Contact Airbnb yourself and have them give the guest a call so they can push his verifications through without further delay. They will gladly do this as they don't want to lose a booking either. I hope that helps!

In addition, check you verification requirement to make sure the verifications he has provided meet any minimum verification requirement you may have set.
