guest not responding cancellation request.

Hello,

Has anyone knows when guest not respond to your cancellation request. When will be new guest to be able to book that day. Thank you.

Hello @Walaiporn0 ,

If you are cancelling a confirmed reservation, without a valid reason (see link below), dates will be blocked and other guest can not book those dates. if your guest is not responding, he/she probably does not want to cancel his trip !

@Walaiporn0, if you have an emergency, please do contact AirBnB to help with the cancellation.

They are the only ones who can do a cancellation for you so that the calendar does not get blocked.

If you (the host) do the cancellation, no new guest will be able to book those days.
