have problem about cancelled reservation

hi . i have cancelled one reservation for 2 night of the new year eve while i was writed on  my profile that rent the property on those dates for minimum 7 nights. but didnt knew ther is the option to pick several days period and choose the minimum nights for the period. now this 2 night of 31dic -1jan is blocked . what i can do? its really important nights.

@Eran4  You have 14 listings so I imagine you are a very experienced host but perhaps unfamiliar with this Air BNB platform.  Only personal contact with Air BNB representative can remove the penalties for host cancellation, which you should become familiar with.  Here is a guide to contacting Air BNB.
