hosting--recent reviews

I'm not sure how to go about responding to a recent posting from someone, so I have to post it here.

I greatly appreciate all of the feedback I received to the recent negative review posted by a recent guest.

Robin--I couldn't have said it better.  I like to respond to things  and address them item by item and that's why I responded the way I did.  However, Robin summarized everything in a sentence or two and was just great.  I will certainly remember this for future reference.

The most recent feedback I received stated that someone had mentioned about pots and pans in a past review.  That was my very first guest and review, and since then have added many more pots and pans, and dishes, etc.  I have added a leather sofa which in my estimation is nowhere near "outdated, old, or depressing.  I have current pictures on the walls.  No, it isn't pristine, but it is average, and at the same time, so is my price.

In regard to the drilling at 8:30 in the morning.  This was done by a handyman I use, and one of the exterior doors was falling off.  I was completely unaware that he was going over there at this time of the morning.  So what do you do, have someone there to repair it or let the door hang crooked and look crappy?

Thanks again for everyone's feedback, but I felt the need to clarify a few things to avoid any misconceptions.

Hi @Marcia102  I am a bit unclear what you are seeking at this time.  Did you want some feedback about how to reply to a review?
