Sounds like a browser issue to me, because what you are saying is not general.
Although you have not mentioned what operating system you are using I would suggest you refresh your browser.
I would recommend you to try either Firefox/Chrome on a desktop / laptop
(You could be experiencing mobile browser issue)
Firefox seems to work best with Airbnb platform.

This is an easy thing to do and will not affect your computer or your programs
