how to set seasonal rates

Hi All,

I want to rent my cottage from Memorial Day to Labor Day to a single renter for the whole season. I do not see a way to do that. The way it is set up you have to put a nightly rate for each night, which we don't want to do because it's confusing to guests, and they think they can rent for shorter periods. Then I end up declining those guests and Airbnb gets mad at me for not accepting anyone. HELP!

How do I set custom or seasonal pricing?

Using the Airbnb on the computer is easier… You need to

go to your listing calendar,

click to select the dates you want,

enter the new price and

save…

Is that easy 🙂
