incorrect rate

Hi my nightly rate is AU$350 per night however the pay out figure is AU$315 per night.  Ref M9BHTD

Hi @Alison14,

Providing a reference # will not help you here as this Community Center is essentially hosts helping other hosts.  Could you provide a screenshot.  Your nightly rate is showing for me as $350 per night with a $200 cleaning fee.  Now that I look at it, you offer a weekly rate of $2202 so if someone books for a week, their nightly rate does work out to $315.  Is this guest booking for a week or more?  I believe this is problem solved.

thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my query, I greatly appreciate it.

I hadnt realised that airbnb and automatically calculated a 10% discount for weekly rates so this is the reason.
