mean traveller

i bought new mattress, the traveller complain it is too hard.

the day is 42 degree, and i said that no air-con. the traveller complain too hot.

the locker is broken, i promise i fix it within one hour. the traveller said she donot want to stay.\

and she keeping text me and quarrel with me. I made 30% refund to the guest already.

what can i do next? 

i scare she come to my home and do something wrong with the house!

contact airbnb resolution center when something like this happens. I've refunded guests before, but if they choose to leave you are not responsible for refunding them.
