@Joy18 When you end up with isolated single nights, there are a couple of things you can do. First, I message both surrounding guests and offer them a really cheap rate ($20-25 discount) for the isolated day, in case they want to extend their stay. That gets accepted about 15-20% of the time. If they both decline, I set a 1-night minimum for that specific date. When I do that, I usually RAISE the rate by $10-20, because I really don't enjoy cleaning two days in a row. If somone wants the night enough to pay a premium, though, I'll do it. That latter tactic actually rarely yields any add'l booking. We tend to stay booked up 95% of the time, so the occasional day off is kind of nice.
