missing texts and admin contact?

hi all,

wondering if anyone can point me to an admin contact; my account is not sending me texts when I get reservation requests which is not great for the response rate and snagging bookings! I have checked my settings and they are fine. It was working and then it didn't...:(

@Jenny8 I've seen several complaints from hosts on twitter @Airbnbhelp.  Perhaps you should contact them so they can check your account settings at their end.  That would be the fastest way to contact Airbnb.
