multiple devices and response rate not registering correctly

I am using multiple devices (laptop, iphone and ipad). Sometimes my response is not being registered as having responded depending on which device I am using?

@Jean32  I only use my phone for notifications.  I use my laptop with Google Chrome to actually correspond with guests and have had no problems.

 

Also be sure you know the difference between Inquiries and Reservation Requests as the reponse calculation is different.  Need more help?  Get back to me.
