payment exchange rate

Hello, 

I have reseived a payment from airbnb. The price for guest was 1003 EUR. AirBnb fee is 30, so the price that they transfer on my payoneer account is 973 EUR. My payoneer card is in USD and the amount I have received is 1087 USD. I'm wondering if that is ok, because acording to exchange rates on that day 973 EUR should be around 1108 USD.

How can I know what exchange rate they used, or if they make some kind of mistake?

How can I contact AirBnb for this issue?

Hi Bojan, 

I realize your post is a bit old but maybe someone else will look into the same issue and finds an answer here: 

the exchange rate is calculated the moment the reservation is made. If the reservation was made 8 months ago whatever the exchange rate would be the rate that it was 8 months ago not what the rate is right now.
