Hi everyone,
I am new as an airbnb host. I am trying to get in touch with the Airbnb support, but cannot find an email adress. Does anybody know one?
I havent received the correct amount of payout, and I dont understand why. The transaction history and the amount they have sent me is not the same. Has anyone experienced this? It is about a 100 euros missing, so it cannot only be the fee to Airbnb..
Hope somebody can answer this.. Its really making the effort of renting out totally worthless...

I've experiened twice now, Air BnB calculating and paying incorrect payout amounts. First one was credited back to me and the latest one occured with a new booking yesterday. The greatest concern, is that clearly this would be a known bug, however as you're aware Air BnB provide NO mechanism for reporting same, no contact options... something you'd presume is quiet deliberate to avoid having to have contact with hosts for valid issues around trust and system integrity. I'd imagine their conduct in not providing such contact options to hosts is highly illegal... not to mention unethical to take fees from hosts and not provide an expected standard of service.
