photographer not shown

Here we are
I`m using airbnb for more than a year but recently my guests are getting more and more so I decided to add some nicer photo of my list. I ask for photographer and a person assigned to take some. We communicate and arrange a day and time, therefore I decline any other request from airbnb that overlap on that date. However photographer not shown and told some emergency happens to him. OK, so now what is next? In this way maybe I never can arrange with a photographer because one time he is not available , one time I am not available and the other time the room is occupied by a guest. I think it`s better that it does not free and as same as reservation system some small money or points exchange between host and photographer but at least punctuality attained.
