refund

My refund that was accepted by my guest, has not yet been processed by AIR bnb resolution center.  I assume they take the refund back from my airbnb credit card where the balance is and give it to the guest.   can you comment?  It has been 5 or 6 days and I thought the refund processing would have been 2 days as indicated.

Hi @James21,

I "believe" what happens is Airbnb refunds the guest but they get the funds back from you through future bookings.  So if you refunded a guest $200 and your next guest checks in and your payout for them is $400, Airbnb would payout @$200.
