reservation confirmed

Hello, I have a problem with the booking confirmation. The guest has reserved 25 08 2016g. But in my calendar that date is still free. Team contacted me to have a problem with the booking confirmation. But I can not do anything because I have a problem with the confirmation and reservation. I even received a message from Airbnb to the booking number WS243N. I tried to contact Airbnb, but I could not get in touch with someone who could help. @Vera16 Can you describe  the nature of the confirmation problem?  Doesn't look like the reservation was actually confirmed.  Was there a payment issue with the guest?
