smart pricing

How do I change my long term price set up before? right now "smart pricing" doesn't allow me to access it.  Could I still use my old way to set up price and cleaning fee?

I'm not going to use smart pricing. Verifying my additional fees now that the rates have moved to the calendar section I don't see an option for a pet fee charge. I don't get many ABB bookings so I haven't been in my settings recently and can't remember if ABB had an option to include a charge for a pet fee if pets were included in an inquiry. Working with more than one listing website with constant updates without advance notice is giving me a migrain.
