I have just lost my super host status and I feel very upset about it.I know that you are supposed to host 10 guests in the period ,I have only hosted 2 recently but that was for a total of 36 days ?????Thats 36 days of constant hosting and meeting the guests needs ,both left lovely 5 star rviews and I don,t think this has been acknowledged by AIR BNB who have taken great delight in removing my super host status .I am now really considering removing my listing as I feel very insulted
@Liz6 Pretty sure that Air BNB is not delighted by your loss of Super Host Status, but it is disturbing to you, so you should contact Air BNB about this. Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB if you do not already have a number.

thank you
Super host criteria is clearly favorable towards hosts with shorter-term reservations. I've been a host for 4.5 months now, currently hosting my second guest. At the rate I'm going, it'll take me another 1.5~2 yrs before I host 10 guests 🙂
