Hi, has anyone experienced a problem where a couple of nights before the start of a booking get blocked (without the host of the guest actually blocking them)? My properties have been affetced by this in the last 2-3 days and Airbnb have not been able to resolve it. Any feedback appreciated

The only thing I can think of is that you have set a preparation time or advance notice period.
Go to your calendar page in your admin.

Click Availability settings link loated at the top right corner of your calendar.

Click the EDIT link to the right of Reservation preferences.

What does it say for Advance Notice?

Waht does it say for Preparation time?
