I have been a host for about 1 year. I became a super host in the first 3 months. And I always got very good comments. However, a guest who stayed recently demanded money from me using cleaning as an excuse. When I did not send money, he made bad comments, ratings and complaints in the program. When I forwarded this to Airbnb support, I was informed that the comments could not be deleted unless it was in accordance with the policy and nothing was done. I feel very wronged and unsupported.
