I'm in Dayton Kentucky.  My bookings are down and have been for a number of months.  How's it going for other host in my area?

Have you done any market research on supply and demand for your sort of listing in your locations many areas are suffering from falling demand due to the world wide recession couple with oversaturated markets with lots of new hosts setting up STRs.

Personally I am having my busiest year in 8 year.  @Rose-and-Paul0 

Have you looked at marketing your listing directly and through other OTAs
