Sorry to hear this. @Gina1986 can you outline what the issue is with each set of guests if you would like help from this community.
It is unusual to have three separate sets of guests trash a listing. Would it be worth reviewing how you are vetting your guests and what systems you have in place such as CCTV to help protect your property.
Many hosts don't rely on the Airbnb guarantee but have their own home insurance for short term lets.
Please note they did the same thing to me. In fact there is one person called Sia from Customer Support sitting in a different country, mostly Philiphines or India and telling me that they had someone "calculate" the cost of the repairs after sending them the invoice for the work done.
So if you are in the United States, they will calculate costs based on Asian countries by a random person who thinks they are qualified to do so.
AirBnB has been sitting on my case for the past one month now.

This was my experience as well. They are all talk no action. That is why I have decided no longer to host in my home, too risky.
