AIRBNB WOULDNT REMOVE REVIEW WHEN GUEST DIDNT EVEN STAY AND ADMIN CANCELLED THE BOOKING FOR TRYING TO PROCURE DRUGS. the guest was due to come at 1am and around 8pm she messaged me if i could buy her marajuana. She wrote this on the airbnb chat thread of her booking and what she's asking me to do in spain is commit a crime. i alerted airbnb who took a long time to sort this out but did finally cancel the booking. Admin cancelled it not me and i was assured that there would be no consequences in these circumstances for my profile. However this woman called Diana left me a 1 star review on my profile and called me a psycho.

I tried to have this review removed twice, but obviously airbnb only uses bots so there's not a real person reviewing this. the guest didnt stay in the listing, as it was cancelle dby admin, she tried to get me to commit a crime and im stuck with a one star review as she didnt stay. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS IT WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED THANK YOU

If the reservation was cancelled and the Guest did not check in the property Airbnb Rules are No Review.

Stick to that argument, doesn't matter why cancelled, who cancelled or good or bad review..

Cancellation with no check in = no review.

I would continue to escalate this. First, is marijuana illegal in your location?

Take screen shots of the guest messages mentioning drugs

Take screen shots showing Airbnb cancelled the stay

I would quote violations of these two policies:

Flag Guest Profile & Guest Messages

BE SURE YOU HAVE SAVED ALL YOUR SCREEN SHOTS FIRST

I would also consider flagging the guest profile  and guest message for violations of Airbnb policies regarding illegal drugs. The guest should be banned. If they are banned, their profile will disappear and so will their review I believe. I think after you report a message, the message disappears. Perhaps hold off flagging until you have exhausted all attempts to have the review remove. 

Future Recommendations - Add to Addl House Rules

I would add a statement that illegal drugs and activities are prohibited on property to your addl House Rules. Then when a future potential guest messages you in the same scenario, you could also state the guest intended to break a House Rule (as well as violate Airbnb policies regarding illegal drugs).

If marijuana is legal in your area, then state NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND - including marijuana and vaping.
