Hello - Hopefully someone has a resolve because the Air BnB team has been useless in working towards a resolve. I've booked 3 air bnbs in the last 30 days. Never experienced this issue until the most recent booking. When I reserve the reservation it asks me to verify... no problem. When I click verify it states that I'm already verified, but the reservation cancels after an hour for not having a verified account... I've spent roughly 4+ hours on the phone with the support team - not including chats. According to the team there is no issue. I've attempted multi locations and all have the same result. They even suggested waiting 24hrs or making sure the booking check-in is at least 12 hours prior. I've done all of these things... Not sure what the resolve is, but I'm beyond frustrated.
