Add a photo to a scheduled message
Despite the 2025 update, there’s still no option to attach images (like parking photos) to scheduled messages.
If anyone has found a solution, please share.
Also, I urge Airbnb app creators to consider this feature for hosts, as it would greatly enhance our lives.

On the app tap on the guest message, then tap the ‘+’ icon then settings icon. Next, select ‘Create’ and tap the ‘+’ icon again to reveal the ‘Add Media’ option.

Is this a Quick Reply? I think @Victoria-Joy0 is referring to adding a photo to a Scheduled Message though. Don't think Airbnb allows attaching photos/media to a Scheduled message. I think because it would take tremendous storage requirements to keep those photos/media attached to a Scheduled Message. A Quick Reply doesn't require storage on Airbnb's site, as you are simply attaching the photo/media to a message and sending it...not storing it for future use.

Thanks Patricia! No idea that was there in the App! Is the attachment a photo/image?
Don't see anywhere to do that on a computer though? 🤔

Hi @Joan2709
It’s a photo, I’m sending it ahead of the scheduled message so you can see that it actually works. Not sure if this feature is available on the desktop interface, though.

Aha! I will check that out and report back. I usually use a computer so probably would have never known this!

Sure enough! I see it in the App but it is greyed-out on a computer. Do you know how long this has been available in the App?
Thanks for pointing this out Patricia!
