You’re not alone — many of us are feeling the same frustration. The ability to add notes to specific calendar dates (for things like repairs, vacations, deep cleans, etc.) was such a useful feature, and unfortunately, it appears to have been removed in the latest May 2025 release.
This feature was especially important for hosts who manage multiple listings or coordinate offline bookings, personal stays, and service schedules. Losing it makes day-to-day operations a lot harder.
As @Joan2709 mentioned, Airbnb is currently gathering feedback on this and other changes in their 2025 Summer Release Q&A thread. I highly recommend you share your feedback there so it gets visibility with the product team:
