Advance Bookings strategy

Hello Everyone,

Though all my listings occupancy rate is about 70%, the bookings dont happen in advance, like a month or 2-3 weeks in advance. 

Most of the bookings i get are last minute or a week prior to the booking date.

The target guests for me are the patients who come for AIG hospital for regular checkups as followups and families who come for US Visa stamping to the US consulate which is near by

All my listings are located in the same building.

Any thoughts/strategies on how i can improve advance bookings ?

Speak to the hospital and see if they provide a list of accommodation providers to patients @Pallavi-Reddy0 

invest in targeted advertising to drive traffic to your listing from those groups
