Advice of informing fires in area

We are hosts from Sedona Arizona. This past week the state park suspended all activities in the parks in our area due to forest and grass fires. This means no hiking on the trails or fishing or swimming in the creeks.
However, the property is safe as the fires continue to burn about 12 mile away from Sedona. No threat to the town as the winds stays in the current direction as it moves away from the area.
We honored 3 full refund for the cancellations due to the park closure at this time since the draw to our property is the hiking trails all around us.
Then we got the dates all rebooked. All good so far.
the town is still open for shopping and dining. The glow of the fire and smoke can still be seen, creating incredible sunsets and views.
need advice on this do we state this “park closure” on our page as guest are scoping at our property or is it best to wait to inform when the book?
