AirBNB not respecting my rules?

I have 2 listings I manage and both have settings that I require 1 days notice before booking, and both have it checked off that I need 1 day before and after each booking to clean/prep. 

One of my listings always gets same day requests that i have to deny because its also a personal space we use so i can't get it ready in 2 hours. Why does this keep happening?

 

My other listings, which is very busy, is allowing guests to book only 2 days on instant book when I have it set at a minimum of 3 days booking. It also is allowing guests to book back to back for high turn over, so i have only a 3 hour window to clean the suite, which is not enough time for laundry! many of our guests stay for a week so I need more time to clean all the towels and sheets. 

How is this happening?? I have it set to block off a day between bookings and ALL of June has every guest checking in and checking out on the same day. I'm super annoyed by this. AirBNB -you are not respecting hosts wishes!!

Hi @Tara21 

Regarding your first listing, if you go to availability and click on advance notice, you will see an option at the bottom "allow request with shorter notice", which you can turn off.

Thank you Shelley! I was having a hard time shutting this off. It seemed glitched but its fixed now. Hopefully that does the trick! 🙂

Great @Tara21 !

For the 2nd listing all I can think of is to check (where you set your minimun stays) whether the days of the week are all set to the correct minimum. So click minimum nights and look under "customise bt check-in day".
