I encountered unusual problem. I got request for 30 nights stay; my night's cost is 90$, so you could imagine, that total cost should be somewhere in ballpark 2,700 plus fees, taxes etcetera. Then should come long term discount 60%. 

So, system calculated total cost close to 12,000. Have no idea, where this number comes from.

I message support, exchange messages with AI assistant, and it connects me with a  human . first person I spoke with, could not understand what problem is, nothing to say about intellectual challenge of multiplying 90 by 30. After he wasted my time about 40 min, I requested to speak with a supervisor.  After doing together basic math ( 90x30), a supervisor realized that there is some problem, and promised to take care of it. I  am still on hold.

First, try setting the discount back to zero or disabling long-term discounts to check if the price returns to normal. Then apply a 10 percent discount to see if it calculates correctly. If that works, set it to 60 percent and hopefully it will apply properly this time.
