AirBnB Fraud - Ref; Issue ending in #9693 -

To summarise:


Airbnb has breached the contract, carried out a fraudulent transaction ($2,700 withdrawn without explanation from my account by AirBnB) , and failed to take any meaningful steps toward resolution within two days. There has been no indication of progress, no tangible actions taken, and no communication to suggest that a resolution is even being pursued.

Each enquiry has been met with delays, avoidance, and a lack of accountability. You have consistently failed to respond, employed stalling tactics, and taken no action to rectify the situation. There has been no feedback on any aspect of the complaint, and I remain uninformed about the missing funds, with no timeline provided, and no support or advice offered.

To date, Airbnb has provided zero assistance, nor even offered emergency contact options or interim funds to help mitigate the impact of this breach. You have also failed to advise me of my rights, or provide any guidance on what steps I should take—leaving me stranded and unsupported.

Furthermore, you have not addressed whether I will be permitted to terminate the contract and receive a full refund in light of the current situation.

Finally, please provide the formal complaints procedure or complaint form so I can escalate this matter appropriately.

This handling of the situation reflects gross negligence, a violation of trust, and a complete failure to carry out even the most basic actions that have been repeatedly and reasonably requested.
